New James and Quinn

Have you wondered what James thought of Quinn painting the the naked bodies of his friends?  Well the answer can be found in Body Paint Follow-up.

Not New but Still Fun

This story is a few years old, but currently it is my only Halloween story, and I had a wonderful time writing it with Nicole.  If you haven't read Duncan's Donut or you would just like to relive the fun of this story, please go check it out.

It's time to end DADT

From the Service Member's Legal Defense Network :
Movement To End Ban
  • In addition to President Obama reiterating his campaign promise to repeal DADT and calling it urgent,* 177 members of the House of Representatives have signed on to the Military Readiness Enhancement Act (MREA).
  • The MREA, championed by Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-PA), repeals current law and replaces it with a policy of non-discrimination.
  • Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General John Shalikashvili, USA (Ret.), is among the more than 100 retired admirals and generals who support repeal.

Military Attitudes

  • 73 percent of military personnel are comfortable with lesbians and gays (Zogby International, 2006).
  • The younger generations, those who fight America's 21st century wars, largely don't care about whether someone is gay or not-and they do not link job performance with sexual orientation.
  • One in four U.S. troops who served in Afghanistan or Iraq knows a member of their unit who is gay (Zogby, 2006).

The Public Overwhelmingly Supports Lifting the Ban

  • Majorities of weekly churchgoers (60 percent), conservatives (58 percent), and Republicans (58 percent) now favor repeal (Gallup, 2009).
  • Seventy-five percent of Americans support gays serving openly - up from just 44 percent in 1993 (ABC News/Washington Post, 2008).

Ban Hurts Military Readiness

  • The U.S. must recruit and retain the greatest number of the best and brightest-especially during two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
  • The military has discharged almost 800 mission-critical troops and at least 59 Arabic and nine Farsi linguists under "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" in the last five years.
For more information about ending "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" go to The Service Member's Legal Defense Network

Something new and the finish of something old

Hello,

I posted Body Paint a while ago, but I forgot to link to it here. This is a tale that involves most of the Jade Heights Brats. Billy and Mason have resolved the issue, Quinn and James haven't.

I also just posted an unBeta'd version of the final chapter of Katie goes Topless. If you haven't read or you forgot the plot of that story you can find it here.

The new TV season starts this week...Mmmm TeeeeVeeee. I know I'm a dork.

Howdy,

Sorry for the lapse in posting...it's been a long year. Jo and I have a new Mason and Billy story, titled Super Billy to the Rescue.

I hope to have a new James and Quinn in the next couple of weeks...so come back and look.

The Fireman's Brat

Billy and Jay have become friends...and have gotten themselves into a lot of trouble.

Three new stories have gone up over at the Fireman's Brat.  They are a trilogy, so I suggest if you plan on reading them, that you plot out a nice block of time.
Jo and I are very pleased with how this series culminated in Nightmares...but please don't skip ahead, it will be much more meaningful if you fully know Billy and Mason.  We suggest that you make sure you have read the whole series, but definitely don't read Nightmares before you have read Guess Who's Coming to Dinner and Snakes Alive.

XOXOXO

Some New Stuff...

Sorry I haven't put anything up for a while, the new year got off to a bit of a rough start. :-P

I have put up two new James and Quinn stories, An Ill Wind from the East and Playful Flurries. Mel and I were really proud of both of these, so I hope you enjoy them.

I also recently wrote several little fun promos for a Kinky Mystery Party. I thought I would share, see if you all liked them. They are a mixture of M/M, F/F, M/F, F/M, and there is one F/F/M. If you like them come back in a couple of days, because I need to finish the actual who done it, now that the party has taken place.

Also, I have several Mason and Billy's that are just about ready to go up...tomorrow or later this week hopefully.

And I would love to get back to writing some more of Katie and TJ at some point...maybe they can actually get married this spring or summer...we should have the California Supreme Court Ruling in the next month or two.

Two new Stories at The Fireman's Brat

First is Pushing, this has a return feature of Jay and Jack.

The second is called Turn about sucks. This one deals with an injured Mason being tended to by a brat who would like a little payback with a rectal thermometer and a couple of boxes of suppositories.

Holiday Challenge

Hello, I stole this idea from Jet ( who got the idea from her friends Relic, and Flynn.)

The following is a table with different Christmas story prompts. The story doesn't have to be Christmas theme, if something else comes up for you...and I realize not everyone is Christian, but the list was already so long...and it is my list.

If you think you might be interested in writing a story for this, please e-mail me (tarabeth1012@yahoo.com) and I will post your name next to the story idea. With the authors permission I will link the prompt for their story to their site or post here.

Here are the rules:
1 – All stories are to be a M/M or F/F Discipline Fiction.
2 – Stories can be any length – half a page, ten pages, fifty pages….
3 - Stories will be due by December 20, 2008 (but hopefully will be done before that).
4 – Authors may have anywhere between one and five prompts each, and don't have to be taken in any particular order.

Fingers crossed. I hope this works.
